For those who wish to teach Reformer Pilates with professional depth, confidence, and freedom.
This training is based on the classical Pilates principles, integrated with modern movement approaches.
You will learn about anatomy and injury prevention, and how to intelligently adapt your teaching to different levels and individual needs.
We work with cueing, class structure, and teaching skills, as well as how to stand confidently and safely as a teacher
Each module consists of theory, practical work, teaching labs, and assignments designed to deepen your learning and strengthen your teaching skills
You will receive a well-structured manual at the start of the training. To become certified, you must pass both a written and a practical exam

Learn about energy systems, meridians and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
A Yin Yoga teacher training that combines classical Yin Yoga with functional anatomy and natural movement patterns
