Frequently asked questions

You are welcome to borrow a yoga mat at the studio. Please bring a towel, an extra towel for hot yoga, and a water bottle. If you are attending a Reformer class, please bring grip socks and optionally gloves. For hygiene and safety reasons, wearing grip socks in the Reformer room is mandatory. If you forget your equipment, you can purchase it at the reception. Please note that we do not accept cash.

Yoga combines movement, stretching, breath, and mindfulness, focusing on flexibility, balance, strength, and mental calm. It can be both dynamic (flow) and more still (meditation).

Pilates focuses on core strength, body control, and precision. Exercises can be performed on a mat or on a machine (Reformer). There is less emphasis on meditation and more on functional strength and stability.
