What is Hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates combines the principles of classical Pilates with modern strength-based training in a heated studio using infrared heat. The result is a dynamic full-body workout that builds strength, stability and muscular endurance while improving mobility, balance and body control.

During a Hot Pilates class, you’ll move through controlled exercises and functional sequences that challenge your entire body, with particular focus on the core, back, legs and arms. The infrared heat allows your muscles to move more freely, creating the ideal environment for a challenging yet low-impact workout.
