Hot mat pilates – an extra challenge
Hot Mat Pilates is a variation of traditional Pilates, practiced in a heated studio at Ohmyoga. This means you still enjoy all the strengthening and flexibility-enhancing benefits of classic Pilates – but with the added challenge of infraread heat, which helps you work deeper into your muscles for a stronger, more toned body. In Hot Pilates, we also focus on the breath, coordinating it with movement to create a strong connection between body and mind. You’ll leave each class feeling both empowered and refreshed.
Who can join hot pilates?
Hot Pilates in Copenhagen is suitable for everyone – whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already have experience with mat Pilates or reformer training.
Practicing Pilates in a heated room can feel more intense, which is why we recommend starting at your own pace, listening to your body, and staying hydrated throughout the class. Our experienced teachers will guide you through each movement so you can safely enjoy the benefits of heated Pilates.
