Hot mat pilates – an extra challenge
Hot Mat Pilates is a variation of traditional Pilates, practiced in a heated studio. This means you still enjoy all the strengthening and flexibility-enhancing benefits of classic Pilates – but with the added challenge of infraread heat, which helps you work deeper into your muscles for a stronger, more toned body. In Hot Pilates, we also focus on the breath, coordinating it with movement to create a strong connection between body and mind. You’ll leave each class feeling both empowered and refreshed.

That said, the heat can be intense, so we recommend starting slowly, listening to your body, and staying well-hydrated throughout your session.
