FIND CALM AND BALANCE IN BODY AND MIND

This 4-week closed programme is for you who need to unplug, slow down, and rediscover balance both physically and mentally. In a small and safe setting, you are invited into a space of calm, presence, and deep immersion.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Throughout the programme, you will be guided through gentle yin yoga, restorative yoga nidra, and self-development reflections. The combination of movement, stillness, and reflection creates space to settle into the body, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the connection to yourself.

Each session includes both theoretical understanding and an immersive practice, so you not only feel the effects here and now but also understand what is happening and why it works.

TOOLS YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU

Along the way, you will be introduced to simple and effective tools such as:

  • mindfulness
  • journalling
  • simple breathing techniques

These tools are easy to integrate into your everyday life and can support you even after the programme has ended.

There is space for 8 participants in the class to ensure an intimate and safe setting.

Each 90-minute session combines 30 minutes of theory with 60 minutes of guided practice in a small, supportive group, allowing you to fully let go, find calm, and maintain focus.

The programme is also for those who wish to learn simple, practical tools for mindfulness, breathing, and reflection that can support you beyond the yoga mat.

No. The course takes place in a safe, small community, and everyone is welcome to participate—regardless of prior yoga experience.
