Reformer Mama

Reformer Mama is a 4-week program created for those who wish to rebuild their body after pregnancy and birth. The program offers a safe and supportive environment to strengthen the core, pelvic floor, and overall stability - with or without your baby.

A COURSE WITH SPACE FOR YOU

This programme is for you who want to feel strong, stable, and connected with your body after pregnancy. We work purposefully on physical rehabilitation, body awareness, and functional strength in a small, safe group where you can feel seen and supported throughout.

WHAT WE WORK WITH

Over the 4 weeks, we combine targeted Reformer training with effective exercises for the core and pelvic floor. You will learn how to rebuild strength, stability, and body control, while also incorporating tools that support energy, wellbeing, and confidence in your everyday life.

Each session provides:

  • Focus on core muscles and pelvic floor
  • Stability and functional strength
  • Opportunity to bring your baby
  • Guided instruction from a certified instructor

The programme also gives you access to 5 additional optional classes from our regular class schedule, so you can supplement your training and strengthen your progress whenever it suits you.

PROGRAM

Each session lasts 75 minutes and consists of Reformer exercises that combine strength, stability, and postnatal rehabilitation. Classes are held in Danish or English, and the pace is adapted to the participants, allowing you to train at your own speed and focus on your individual needs.
