WHAT WE WORK WITH
Over the 4 weeks, we combine targeted Reformer training with effective exercises for the core and pelvic floor. You will learn how to rebuild strength, stability, and body control, while also incorporating tools that support energy, wellbeing, and confidence in your everyday life.
Each session provides:
- Focus on core muscles and pelvic floor
- Stability and functional strength
- Opportunity to bring your baby
- Guided instruction from a certified instructor
The programme also gives you access to 5 additional optional classes from our regular class schedule, so you can supplement your training and strengthen your progress whenever it suits you.
