This closed reformer beginner course gives you a comprehensive introduction to Pilates reformer training, where you will learn the essential Reformer Pilates techniques, improve your posture and alignment, and build strength, stability and body control on the Pilates reformer machine.

Through this Reformer Beginner course at Ohmyoga in Copenhagen, we combine a thorough introduction to Reformer Pilates with hands-on training on the Pilates reformer machine.

Located in Vesterbro, Copenhagen, this course is designed to give beginners the time, guidance and confidence needed to start their Reformer Pilates journey in a supportive studio environment.

During the course we focus on:

  • Fundamental Reformer Pilates techniques and proper body alignment

  • Safe and correct execution of reformer exercises

  • Flow-based sequences that build core strength, stability and body control

  • Personal guidance on choosing the right Reformer Pilates classes for your continued training

Each session lasts 75 minutes and is taught IN ENGLISH by a certified Reformer Pilates teacher.

As part of the course, participants also receive access to 5 additional classes from our schedule, allowing you to explore more of our Reformer Pilates classes in Copenhagen and complement your training.

This gives you the opportunity to further develop your technique, strength and body control while experiencing the full range of Reformer Pilates training at Ohmyoga.

REFORMER PILATES COPENHAGEN - WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES?
