WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HOT YOGA FLOW?

At Ohmyoga our Hot Yoga Flow classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and calm – all at once. Practicing in a 39°C heated room helps increase flexibility, stimulate circulation, and support detoxification. The warmth allows your muscles to release more deeply, while the flowing sequence builds endurance and focus.

Hot yoga flow benefits include:

  • Increased flexibility and mobility
  • Improved circulation and detoxification
  • Reduced stress and tension
  • Enhanced mood and energy levels
  • Greater strength, stability, and endurance
  • Deeper connection between body and breath
  • A lasting sense of calm and mental clarity

You’ll leave each class feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to yourself both physically and mentally.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOT YOGA AND HOT YOGA FLOW?

Both practices take place in a heated room, but the experience is slightly different.

Hot Yoga typically follows a set sequence of postures with a steady rhythm, ideal for those who like structure and predictability.

Hot Yoga Flow, on the other hand, is more dynamic and creative. At our hot yoga studio in Copenhagen, each class is guided by breath and movement, linking postures in a smooth, meditative sequence. It’s the perfect choice if you enjoy variety and a sense of flow throughout your practice.

CAN EVERYONE PRACTICE HOT YOGA FLOW?

Ohm Hot Yoga Flow is designed for those who already have an established yoga practice and are looking for an intense and challenging workout in the heat.

Level: Intermediate to advanced.

IS HOT YOGA FLOW THE SAME AS VINYASA?

Hot Yoga Flow shares many similarities with Vinyasa yoga, as both connect movement with breath. However, what makes our Hot Yoga Flow Copenhagen classes unique is the heat, the rhythm, and the meditative sequencing designed specifically for our hot yoga studio.
