PROGRAM
Each session includes:
- a professional/theoretical introduction
- yoga and movement practice
- mindfulness and breathing exercises
All with a focus on grounding, regulating the nervous system, and supporting your body’s natural changes.
The programme takes place in a small, closed, and safe group, guided by a certified instructor, with the opportunity to share experiences or simply follow your own pace.
