Transitions

OHM Transitions is a closed, 6-week program created for women in peri- and menopause who wish to understand, support, and strengthen themselves during a life phase of transition. The program invites you to meet menopause with knowledge, embodied awareness, and self-care - rather than resistance.

A COURSE WITH SPACE FOR YOU

This course is for you who want to feel strong, secure, and connected with your transition. We take a holistic approach, working with the body, mind, and hormones in a safe, closed group where there is room for reflection, sharing, and silence.

WHAT WE WORK WITH

Throughout the programme, we combine expert knowledge with body-based practices and simple, effective tools that support you physically, mentally, and hormonally. You will gain practical strategies for better sleep, more stable energy, inner calm, and increased wellbeing in daily life.

Additionally, we work with personal reflection tools and exercises that you can take with you and use for life—even long after the programme has ended.
