At Ohmyoga we want to give you the best experience every time you enter the studio.

Besides our beautiful surroundings and high level of service, you will meet some of the best teachers in the industry, who focus on you, your body and your mind.
We give our teachers freedom to teach in their way, as we embrace diversity of both teachers and students.
We teach in both English and Danish, meaning that as an international member, you can join any class.

In the reformer pilates, we take extra care of your body, and therefore we teach the classes with little to medium resistance, and never encourage you to go to max. We do this to build strength, and to avoid future injuries.

Hygiene is important to us, and we always keep the studio nice and clean. All yoga mats and props are disinfected in the reception after use, and the floors in the yoga rooms are cleaned in between each class.
