Classical principles. Modern Pilates. True understanding.
Ohmyoga’s Reformer Pilates Teacher Training is a 100-hour program for those who wish to teach Reformer Pilates with professional depth, confidence, and freedom.
The training is grounded in the classical Pilates principles and integrates them with modern movement and functional understanding. You will learn to work in a structured and intelligent way, with respect for the body in front of you and with a focus on quality over performance. This is not about entertaining your students, but about understanding movement, progression, and coherence and being able to communicate this clearly and safely in your teaching.
On this education, you will be taught and guided by two experienced and dedicated teachers: Lise and Theresa. Both bring strong professional expertise, excellent communication skills, and many years of teaching experience into the room, united by a shared commitment to quality and integrity in education.
Lise has a solid background in yoga, Reformer and mat Pilates, along with many years of teaching experience. She is known for her precise and structured approach, where technique, alignment and progression are central. Lise has a sharp eye for detail and a unique ability to make complex movements clear, accessible and applicable in practice.
Theresa, founder and owner of Ohmyoga, has devoted her professional life to movement and teaching. With a strong background in yoga, Reformer and mat Pilates and extensive teaching experience, her approach is thorough, present and uncompromising when it comes to professional standards. She is passionate about developing independent, reflective instructors who can stand confidently in their role — with respect for classical principles and a modern understanding of the body. Theresa places particular emphasis on communication, teaching responsibility and helping you find your own voice as an instructor.
Together, they create a learning environment that is structured, supportive and academically ambitious, where you are challenged, guided and strengthened in your development as a teacher. They will help you understand not only what you teach, but why — so your teaching is grounded in both knowledge and awareness.
